What is Hormone Yoga?

Hormone yoga; yoga asanas are applied by blending special yoga breathing techniques and yoga nidra (yoga sleep). It regulates and stimulates the entire hormone system starting from the main control hormone glands such as epiphysis, pituitary, thymus, pancreatic thyroid, para-thyroid, thyroid, adrenal-adrenal glands in the head region. It stimulates the hormonal glands that do not work at all or at a sufficient level over time and ensures and a healthy environment throughout the body. Our hormones naturally decrease from a certain age and applying HYT can keep levels balanced. Hormone yoga can reduce discomfort when entering menopause

Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT) is a natural approach to reactivate hormone production. Yoga nidra, which provides emotional and mental relaxation as well as physical, is quite different from classical meditation studies, although we describe it as a meditation.

Each stage takes you into a deeper consciousness. This state is a state where you are aware of everything that is going on between sleep and wakefulness, but your body and mind become a deep relaxation. In summary, when you set off with an intention you set at the beginning of the study and release the body and mind, it is said that your subconscious constructs new bridges and reconstructs the ways to achieve this intention.

Give your breathing softly 10 times.

Before applying this asana, you should make sure that your stomach is empty. You should not eat anything for at least 6 hours before starting the movement. It is best to apply it on an empty stomach as soon as you wake up in the morning. One of the most useful things you can do to start the day healthy in the morning is to do Malasana. This movement, which you can start with a period of 1 minute when you first start, while stretching the lower back, hips and legs; It also strengthens the digestive system.


Stay in the pose for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Then release with an exhalation, reverse the legs and twist to the left for an equal length of time.
