Chris Bumstead is a Canadian bodybuilder and multiple record holder in the bodybuilding community. His devoted fan base affectionately calls him his CBum. Chris Bumstead is the reigning Mr. Olympia Classic Physique Champion and has won the competition in 2019, 2020 and 2021. Being in the bodybuilding industry, he has to follow strict eating patterns and training his routine. That said, while it’s good to follow a routine, sometimes you need to take a chill pill and do what your heart desires.
In a recent “Q & A” video on YouTube, he answered the question, “There are only 3 foods you can eat for the rest of your life, what are they?”
Cbum’s top 3 foods.
Bumstead answered a very difficult question with three meals: stir-fries, pancakes and sandwiches.
Chris Bumstead chose stir fry wisely because there are many options under that umbrella. “Each meal of the day”. Also, he would love it if you could try different types of sauces.
Bumstead next opted for pancakes, stating that they could make healthy pancakes during the season. He was always able to incorporate bland and easily digestible recipes into his diet. A slightly unhealthy one with plenty of syrup is for the off-season. That way, the calories stay regulated and everyone stays happy, making it a truly win-win situation.

Third, he chose a sandwich. He chose a sandwich because he thought it would be nice to have tacos. Sandwiches are Chris Bumstead’s favorite off-season food.
“I know they’re not healthy, but I couldn’t live without them.”
You really can’t go wrong with these choices. Categories give you ample opportunities to experiment with recipes and make them healthier if you want.
