Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Who could ever resist cookies much more especially chocolate and peanut butter cookies. It will make you beg like a little child to have one. With this oh-so-irresistibly-yummy cookies, melt into the world of cookies while your body sips in the protein for solid gains.

Ingredients:

1/3 cup Gluten Free Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 cup Chocolate PB2 (Substitutes: Regular PB2, Peanut Butter)
1/2 cup Oat Flour or Gluten Free Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 Egg
1/3 cup unsweetened apple puree / sauce
Nonstick cooking oil (or Coconut Oil)
Cooking Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add in all dry ingredients in a bowl (oat flour, PB2, protein powder, baking soda).
In a separate bowl, lightly beat the egg with 2 tbsp of water.
Stir apple puree into wet ingredients.
Mix wet and dry ingredients. It’s normal for the batter to be thick and sticky.
Shape 14 cookies out of the batter and place them on a cookie sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray or coconut oil.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
