And it’s no secret that some of these solutions may revolve around improving your health and/or losing a few pounds. Or at least cutting it out is a surefire way to do it. With the popularity of no-carb/low-carb diets such as Keto, Atkins, and Whole-30 still skyrocketing, people are more aware than ever about foods that are allowed on a no-carb diet.
